We are thrilled that your family is interested in NCCDP! Our goal is to streamline the application process for you. All students are required to enroll (or re-enroll) each year, so that we can gather and try to meet your scheduling requests. The application will include your preferences for the coming Summer School sessions and the fall School Year. Families may choose to enroll for either, or both. Simply fill out the Registration Application and Information Verification forms, and submit them with the appropriate fees during your Registration period:

• If you’re already part of the NCCDP crew or returning, you can submit your application during Returning Family Registration week in January (check the calendar for the exact dates).
• If you’re new to the preschool, you’ll submit your application during the New Family Registration week in February (again, check the calendar for the exact dates).

After the submission period, preschool admin will process each application and contact you by email with results. If the classes offered work for you, then you’ll return to the preschool office to sign a contract, pick up the Student File and pay deposits.

1. Virtual tours of the preschool campus are held monthly via Zoom. New families are invited to join for a peek into the classrooms, to learn about the program and generally familiarize with NCCDP.

2. Returning Family applications are processed in order, based on a point system. Points are assigned to each student every month they are enrolled and are added to the family’s point value. Only regular drop-off preschool earns points; no extra points for Enrichments, Parent/Toddler or extended hours.
3. New Family applications are processed randomly, in a lottery. Sibling/family applications will be processed at the same time.
4. Registration/enrollment fees and deposits are payable only by cash or check.
