Definitions. “www.NewportCoastPreschool.com” is the interactive online service operated by Newport Coast Child Development Preschool on the World Wide Web of the Internet (the “Web”), consisting of information services, content, and transaction capabilities provided by Newport Coast Child Development Preschool.
